Sage Warriors (run by Joe Perera) provides personal training, life coaching, the Project Warrior Fit program and community programs in Narre Warren and Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Contact details: your name, email address and mobile number.

Training and coaching details: fitness goals, training experience, preferred days and times, and notes you choose to share.

Health information: injuries, medical conditions and other details in our health questionnaires and waivers. We only collect this with your consent, so we can train you safely.

Personal details on waivers, such as date of birth, gender, height and weight.

Payment records: what you bought and when. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Website and ad data: pages visited, device and browser type, and which ad brought you to us, collected through cookies and similar tools.

If you submit a lead form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta shares the details you enter (such as your name, email and phone) with us. We use them only to contact you about the offer or service you asked about, such as our free personal training trial. Meta's own handling of your data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.

Our website uses the Meta Pixel and the Google tag to understand visits and measure how well our ads work (for example, counting when someone submits a form). These tools may use cookies. We do not send your name, email or phone number through them.

You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, your Facebook ad preferences, and Google's ad settings.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — for example payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, website hosting and database services, scheduling, and advertising platforms (Meta and Google) — or where the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia (such as in the United States). We use reputable providers that protect personal information.

Your information is stored securely with access limited to Sage Warriors staff who need it. We keep it while you are a client or enquiry, and for as long as needed for legal, insurance and record-keeping purposes, then delete or de-identify it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop marketing messages at any time. Just email or call us using the details above.

If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
